San Diego Zoo

This is what I get when I ask for a mad face.

She was ready for her nap.

Dad and Naomi riding the tour bus.

Mom and Naomi on Sky Safari.

Of course we had to go to the petting zoo.

Cute girl.
While we were in California we went to the San Diego Zoo. We had such a good time and of course Naomi loved it! Anything with animals. That zoo is so big that I don't think we saw everything. Fortunately, they have tour buses and the sky safari so you don't have to walk to everything. The bus ride was also a great napping place. Unfortunately, some animals were hiding. Oh well, we still had a great time. They had a show with a seal and some birds that flew above you. Naomi thought is was so cool. I wish we could have gone down to touch the seal. She would of loved it. Good times!

Disneyland!

Naomi loves Tigger and Pooh.

This is Naomi and her cousin Sarah waiting for the parade at California Adventure. Nasty, I know. Whatever helps while we're waiting.

Always loves the merry go round. It was the only ride that didn't have a line. Imagine that!

Naomi and Sarah going on Dumbo.

Naomi and Aunt Amy on the Jungle Cruise.

Getting ready for bugs life show. She didn't keep the glassed on. She was pretty freaked out by the whole thing.

We went to a princess breakfast and met all the princesses. Snow White tried to talk to Naomi but she didn't want any of them to touch or talk to her.

Again, bugs life with dad.

She was so interested in Pooh's Ride.

We had our first Disneyland trip with Naomi this year. We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and lefted at 9:00 at night. Longest day ever! Next year we definitely need to do a two day pass. But, we had a really good time. Naomi liked every ride we went on. She cried in bug's life but we expected that. We tried to find Tigger and Pooh but only saw them at the parade. She's totally into Tigger and Pooh right now. She saw Mickey, Donald and Pluto. Unfortunately, Chris became sick that day and went back to the house in the afternoon. So, it was Naomi and I with my sister in law and two of her kids. Crazy! Sick or not, Chris has to be there the entire day next time. We were only able to go on two rides after he left. Naomi is not able to wait 20 minutes or more for a ride. She's just runnin' around. By the end of the day, she was covered in lemonade, cotton candy, sweat and sucker. She was dirty! Even though she took an hour and a half nap in her stroller, she zonked out the minute we pulled out of the parking lot. All in all we had a great time. It's so fun to experience things like this her. I love seeing her excitement. And I look forward to going next year.
